I want to love it, but....

Bought from here based on a recommendation from someone who met the owner. Ordered multiple types of plants including bacopa, crypts, lotus, and a few others. The package got here quickly and mostly Everything looked great, I think there may have even been a few extras of items ordered. But the lotus didn't ship well, not only were they really tiny, they were somewhat torn up in shipping. Also, after a few weeks in the tank the bacopa Carolinia are completely melting while everything else seems to be settling in. Not sure what's happening with the bacopa and I'm sad about the lotus plants, so sadly I can only give 3- star.
